Tiburon Home Values
Single family homes value from just under $1M for a non updated fixer, to the highest recently sold Andre Agassi estate at over $20M, which, coincidentally, was completely torn down and rebuilt after it changed hands. Most homes are in the $2M to $5M segment but there is a significant $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 segment also, mostly driven by some outstanding 180 degree plus San Francisco Bay and Cityscape views in addition to excellent housing quality. There are about 2500 homes in the Tiburon market.
